Founded in 1892 and headquartered in Washington, D.C., the
National Society United States Daughters of 1812
is a non-profit, non-political, women’s service organization for descendants of American patriots
who rendered civil, military or naval service to our country during the years of 1784 to 1815 inclusive.

OUR NATIONAL SOCIETY

Recognizes and awards outstanding men and women who participate in ROTC and JROTC programs.

Supports Patriotism through donations to the American Merchant Marines Library, and serving our nation’s Veterans.

Places historical landmarks and the marks the graves of patriots.

Commemorates and recognizes the heroic deeds and historical events of the civil, military and naval personnel who aided the American cause during the War of 1812.
